We can take your ideas or component design through all the stages from design, models, prototypes, through to the finished plastic component and include foil printing, screen printing, pad printing, component assembly & sonic welding.
Our in house toolroom has modern cnc machines & cad-cam for mould design & manufacture. So if a potential customer came to us with a plastic component that needs to be manufactured, he may ask for visual models, then he may need a prototype mould so he can test functionality or marketing potential.
